Job summary
Walgreens is seeking a Director of BioPharma Data Insights & Analytics Partnerships to lead strategic partnerships, monetization initiatives, and data-enabled solutions across biopharma clients. You will collaborate with Pharmacy, Analytics, Product, and Commercial teams to drive revenue growth and industry impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in product execution, project management, biopharma RWE/commercial operations.
- Experience establishing relationships with executives at all levels.
- Expert understanding of biopharma R&D and Drug Commercialization lifecycles.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives impacting ROI.
- Willing to travel up to 25% for business purposes
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of RWE/PRR/Insight Product distribution to biopharma clients to support sales pipeline targets
- Interacts frequently with client business and technical stakeholders to organize project plans and onboarding models
- Support leadership planning and assess performance and risks heading into client engagements
- Establish SME for product operations and implementations for Walgreens commercial teams
- Communicate to manage expectations around onboarding timelines and user support needs
- Drive maturation of client onboarding processes for data and insight/RWE services
- Mentor staff to ensure billable and sales targets stay on schedule
