Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA, 15+ years accounting/finance experience including 8+ years in leadership and public company SEC reporting.
• Biopharma experience including product launch support, and expertise in SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• oversee financial close, internal controls, technical and revenue accounting, inventory, and compliance
• support product launches, scale accounting systems, and ensure SOX 404 compliance
• lead accounting for clinical R&D activities, M&A, collaborations, and licensing
• build scalable processes for manufacturing and supply chain
