Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support project delivery of capital design and construction in biopharmaceutical and related markets. You will assist the Project Manager and coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.

The role requires basic experience in document and project control, strong communication skills, and solid time management.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 0–3 years of document control and project control experience, preferably in a design firm.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office and PDF software; proficiency with project controls databases.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager in delivery of small- to large-scale capital projects in biopharmaceutical and related markets.
• Assist with directing and coordinating with internal and external architects and engineers.
• Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
