Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support the delivery of capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical and related markets. You will assist with coordinating internal and external architects and engineers, interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors, and help manage multiple tasks.

This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to diverse projects, requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and 0–3 years in document or project

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 0–3 years of demonstrated success in document control and project control experience, preferably in a design firm setting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or advanced technology projects preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF software; able to communicate openly and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager in delivery of capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical and other markets.
• Directs and coordinates internal and external architects and engineers; interfaces with clients, construction managers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Handle multiple tasks with strong business and personnel management skills.
