Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or closely related field.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC programs in regulated environment.
- Experience troubleshooting HMI programs in regulated environment.
- Developing PLC programs for production or utility systems.
- Experience with Rockwell platforms and FDA Part 11 documentation.
Aufgaben
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC programs for production and utility systems in a regulated environment.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HMI applications for automated equipment.
- Perform daily troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.
- Sustain and optimize PLC and HMI programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Document changes per FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP requirements.
- Collaborate with operations, utilities, and engineering teams to resolve control issues.
