Job summary

You will manage projects end-to-end within development programs, aligning timelines, budgets, and objectives to deliver value for patients and stakeholders. You will collaborate across regulatory authorities, patient communities, and global cross-functional teams, translating roadmaps into integrated plans and ensuring timely decisions through governance and proactive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in pharmaceutical R&D or biotechnology.
• 2+ years of experience leading global, multicultural cross-functional teams with complex deliverables and demanding timelines.
• 2+ years of experience supporting research, development and regulatory approval through integrated planning and execution.
• Advanced project and portfolio management tool proficiency, with strong data and digital capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, critical thinking, risk, scheduling, budgeting and resource-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational roadmaps into integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, costs and risks.
• Drive scenario planning, impact assessment and executive governance materials supporting timely decisions.
• Manage critical paths, resources and deliverables, removing barriers to effective project execution.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, performance and transparent project status with program leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, meeting facilitation, team health, onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Embed project-management best practices and agile ways of working across assigned projects.
