Natera, a global leader in cfDNA testing, seeks a strategic Director of Alliance Management to steward BioPharma partnerships across our portfolio. You will govern complex programs, drive end-to-end execution from opportunity identification to delivery, and provide executive-level guidance to scale collaborations.

This role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Product, RWD, Marketing and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Sciences, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in alliance/program management or BioPharma-facing roles.
• Experience supporting diagnostics/genomics/clinical research or BioPharma partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary relationship owner for BioPharma partners with governance and strategic alignment.
• Lead portfolio-level execution across programs, timelines, deliverables, and risk management.
• Provide strategic governance of platforms and workflows supporting BioPharma programs.
