Job summary

Alto Neuroscience in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Head of Biometrics to provide executive oversight of clinical data strategy across Phase 2 and 3 CNS trials. You will lead data visualization, manage vendors, and partner with Clinical Ops, Medical, Regulatory, and Engineering to ensure data integrity and timely submissions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Experience leading biometrics/data functions in biotech or pharma.
Ability to translate complex analytics into executive-facing visuals.
Knowledge of Phase 2/3 trial design and CDISC standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the holistic biometrics strategy across Phase 2/3 CNS trials.
Design and present data visualizations and dashboards for leadership.
Direct external vendors and statisticians; ensure timely deliverables.
Serve as internal biometrics SME advising trial design and endpoints.
Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Medical, Regulatory, and Eng to integrate data workflows.
Build scalable data processes and governance for growth.
