Job summary

AlphaGlobal is seeking a Project Manager for Biometric Passport Implementation. You will oversee the rollout of biometric passport systems across Canadian cities, planning, executing and monitoring all aspects to meet budget and quality targets.

The role is based in Atlanta with frequent travel within Canada, coordinating with government agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Preference for biometric passport project experience and knowledge of biometric tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders including senior management.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams, government agencies and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage project resources and expenses.
• Lead regular status meetings to align team goals.
