Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry and computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to work full time in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of passport processors to ensure efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports.
• Train new team members on passport processing procedures customer service and data entry.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies.
