Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an Applications SME/Test Lead to advocate for customers, oversee the Test Team, and deliver training demonstrations of biographic and biometric applications.

You will gather and refine customer requirements, develop Acceptance Criteria, and lead test automation while supporting surge capacity and coordinating with data lake teams. The role requires collaboration with analysts and customers to support mission goals.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile software development processes.
• Experience gathering and refining customer requirements.
• Experience leading testing activities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Test Team and provide test direction.
• Develop Acceptance Criteria and lead test automation.
• Deliver training demonstrations of biographic/biometric applications.
• Create supporting documentation (user guides, QRGs, training videos).
• Run daily Scrums and coordinate across data-lake and application teams.
