Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor/contractor entries.
• Maintain access logs and incident documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Respond calmly to access-control incidents and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify unauthorized access or security concerns.
