Job summary

Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Biomedical Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning and testing of medical equipment at our Irving, TX facility.

The role uses iQuest for service tracking and requires adherence to IMS quality requirements and safety standards. You will work onsite with the Biomedical Operations Manager and team to ensure equipment readiness for customers and the rental fleet, following manufacturer procedures and documenting all service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with hands-on repair experience.
• Experience with medical equipment service or electronics troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow written procedures and use test equipment safely.
• Document completed work accurately and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn manufacturer-specific service procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX and communicate findings to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning and testing of medical equipment.
• Document service results in iQuest with device identifiers, findings and parts used.
• Follow manufacturer manuals and IMS procedures; escalate issues when outside qualification.
• Manage workload to meet turnaround expectations; flag delays and parts needs.
• Maintain safe work practices and accurate records; ensure device traceability.
