Qualifications

• 2 years relevant work experience and
• Previous project management experience
• All training and testing applicable to the role must be completed and passed within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing and deployment of projects, and contribute to training curriculum and post-implementation documentation.
• Provide production support and on-call duties, coordinate maintenance, and document system procedures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues; coordinate with vendors and departmental stakeholders to ensure system integrity.
