Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a co-op student to join the Imaging and Resection Test Engineering department in Naples, FL. You will test products, perform V&V activities, develop fixtures, automate test methodologies, and create data collection systems to better understand our products.

The role involves collaboration with engineers across portfolios (Shaver, RF, Power, Fluid) and requires strong statistical analysis capabilities and the ability to document test execution steps clearly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Junior or above; Mechanical, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Recent graduates must be within six months of graduation date to qualify.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate test execution steps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct DOE research/design of experiments on developing products.
• Support reliability testing for products within the Imaging & Resection portfolio.
• Analyze data and articulate results into clear protocols and reports.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
