Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ relevant experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30–50% to ARMI HQ and other US locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to Government Program Management team for BioFabUSA Manufacturing Innovation Institute.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and present technically complex information.
• Assist in planning meetings, travel, budget requests, and reporting.
• Maintain timely communications with all parties and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Support workshops, proposal reviews, and annual program management reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
