Job summary

Medpace in Cincinnati is seeking a Biomedical Internship to support Imaging Services. You will assist with documents, device management and packaging for both domestic and international shipments, contributing to project workflows and quality control.

The internship provides exposure to clinical research operations, with mentoring on MS Office tools and standard procedures in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in the field.
• Preferred: Pursuing degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Excellent written and oral communication with employees and external parties.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet timelines.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving mindset.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review.
• Tracking, processing, organizing and creating documents, including shipping documents and invoices.
• Device management tasks: spreadsheet updates, inventory logging and reporting.
• Assist with configuration and programming of MCL devices (ABPM, ECG).
• Assist with packaging and shipment of devices (domestic and international).
• Assist with device returns and site close outs.
