Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a BMET/ISE Hybrid to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of complex biomedical and imaging equipment. The role includes coordinating with vendors and clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining inventory.

This position requires strong computer and networking skills, attention to detail, and travel to sites as needed. A technical associate degree or higher is preferred, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering technology preferred.
• Technical Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PV inspections and scheduled maintenance on complex biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Repair, install and calibrate biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and any equipment concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and outside technicians to ensure service quality.
• Maintain Clinical Engineering expertise through ongoing training and education.
• Lead or assist with service operations special projects as assigned.
• Travel to sites or work with Central Office for data collection and analysis.
• Act as primary responder to service calls for biomedical and imaging equipment.
