Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform maintenance, inspections, calibrations, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on a wide range of clinical biomedical equipment and diagnostic imaging systems in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical staff.

The technician will manage OEM updates, documentation in RenovoLive CMMS, and will support major repairs in partnership with senior technicians.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on hospital/clinical equipment maintenance experience.
Proficient with electromechanical devices and diagnostic imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, inspections, calibrations, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on biomedical and imaging systems.
Ensure safety, compliance with manufacturer specs, hospital standards, and regulatory requirements.
Document all work in RenovoLive CMMS and manage OEM updates and field modifications.
Provide updates to clinical staff and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist with major repairs and support senior technicians as needed.
