Job summary

Draeger seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, recall, and repair support at customer sites in the Columbus area. You will drive customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company procedures.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with emphasis on independent work, documentation, and asset management, while traveling as needed to meet service metrics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field or service center, medical device preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to work independently.
• Networking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, recall, and repair medical devices at customer sites.
• Diagnose, calibrate, and repair semi-routine devices per OEM standards.
• Install new devices, demos, and loaners per OEM standards, with independence in many cases.
• Manage service orders, document work, and access technical documentation.
