Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician III to join our team on a contract basis in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating biomedical equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of biomedical equipment.
2. Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
4. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications

1. Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician.
3. Strong knowledge of medical equipment systems and components.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Must pass background and drug screen.
7. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
