Job summary

TRIMEDX in the United States is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment, ensuring uninterrupted care for patients. You will guide clinicians on safe equipment use, maintain accurate documentation, and support inventory control while collaborating with clinicians, vendors and leadership.

Minimum 3 years in a clinical engineering environment with associate degree in electronics or equivalent, CBET preferred, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills (systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, error code interpretation).
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (or TRIMEDX certification).
• CBET Certification preferred and valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment—keeping care uninterrupted.
• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use.
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and smart inventory control.
