Qualifications

• Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with biomedical or medical equipment in hospital/healthcare setting.
• CBET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on biomedical and clinical equipment.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and safety checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Document equipment condition, service outcomes, and activities in CMMS.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of new biomedical equipment.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
• Provide basic user education on proper equipment usage.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
