Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a Durable Medical Technician in Charlottesville, Virginia to provide clinical equipment services under supervision. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, and repairs of clinical beds and stretchers, along with building customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and technical experience. The role offers a compensation range of $18.60-$25.00 per hour and benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military experience preferred.
• 3 months experience working with clinical beds, stretchers, or biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; variable travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance assurance inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections on clinical beds and stretchers.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
