Capital i is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician Level III in Presque Isle, ME. The role focuses on advanced maintenance, calibration, and repair of diverse biomedical equipment, with emphasis on mentoring junior staff and leading projects.

Qualifications include a BS in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics (or related), 4–10 years of experience, CBET preferred, and legal work eligibility in the United States. Travel 0-15% within the NLH network; salary $70,000–$85,000+.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and computer systems

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and equipment management systems
• Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment procurement and lifecycle management.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.

Description

The Biomedical Equipment Technician Level III is a senior role responsible for performing advanced maintenance, calibration, and repair on a wide array of biomedical equipment. This position requires extensive technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and train junior staff.
