Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair in
a healthcare technology setting.
- Proven ability to repair, maintain, and calibrate clinical devices including Servo U/I Ventilators,
V60s, Trilogy EV300 Ventilators, GE Anesthesia Machines, and Telemetry systems.
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline (or equivalent
experience).
- Considerable knowledge of electronic circuitry and biomedical device operations.
- Understanding of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring of junior staff.
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of networking theory.
- Commitment to safety-first practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in biomedical repair within a hospital or clinical setting.
- Hands-on experience with operating room (OR) technology and telemetry.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and compliance documentation tools.
