Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Clinical or Electrical Engineering, or similar field, OR applicable military training and experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare Environment experience; equivalent combination acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travels to hospital sites to respond to service requests and perform maintenance.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains clinical biomedical equipment for patient care.
• Follows program guidelines for acceptance, maintenance, safety, performance verification, and efficiency of biomedical equipment.
• Diagnoses faults, tests components, and replaces defective parts using computer and networking knowledge.
• Designs and constructs.

Education
