Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking an entry-level Biomedical Technician to perform planned maintenance, inspections, and calibrations across a variety of clinical equipment. You will help ensure mechanical and electrical safety and functionality in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs of infusion pumps and monitors, equipment installation, and maintaining service records. A technical degree or equivalent and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months hands-on experience with biomedical equipment preferred.
• Technical degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with electromechanical and computerized biomedical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to interpret error codes and use diagnostic software.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical patient care equipment per manufacturer specs and hospital standards.
• Repairs can include infusion pumps, patient monitors, defibrillators, etc.
• Install new equipment and conduct incoming inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records in RenovoLive CMMS.
• Assist BMET teammates in troubleshooting and major repairs of complex equipment.
