Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and technical aptitude in the Biomedical/HTM field.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum development to align with industry standards.
• Ability to perform maintenance, inspections, calibration of complex biomedical equipment.
• Ability to direct and document subcontractors and service technicians.
• Adherence to regulatory policies and equipment databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction and develop syllabi and plans.
• Manage schedules, records, and safety in the instructional environment.
• Advise students and collaborate with Student Success to boost retention.
• Assist in recruitment, program promotion, and tours.
• Demonstrate core teaching competencies and effective use of technology.
• Engage in mentoring, coaching, assessment, and feedback activities.
