AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform maintenance, calibration, and inspections on complex medical devices. You will ensure accurate records, support regulatory compliance, and coordinate with service teams.

The role requires 3+ years of clinical engineering experience, an associate degree preferred, and a valid driver's license. CBET preferred; on-call rotation and some regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Associate degree preferred; Field of Study: Marketing, Communications or related.
• Driver's License required.
• Formal documented training on specific medical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and inspections on complex biomedical equipment.
• Repair and install biomedical devices.
• Maintain equipment database and service history.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for service delivery.
• Discuss equipment status with clinicians and build relationships.
