Coronaregional in California is seeking a Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Manager responsible for overseeing the UHS Healthcare Technology Management Program. This position requires ACI certification, extensive experience in healthcare technology management, and the ability to mentor staff. The HTM Manager will ensure regulatory compliance and report on key performance indicators. Qualifications
ACI Certification (CBET, CRES, CLES or CHTM) required.
Technical School, 2 Years College, Associate’s Degree, or Military required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5 to 8 years of related experience required.
10+ years of related experience preferred.
Extensive experience with healthcare technology management programs.
Ability to supervise subordinates.
Manages projects including device acquisition and installation and/or EOC committee assignments.
Must possess skill set of advanced modalities in HTM expertise such as clinical laboratory, medical imaging.
Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc.).
Strong planning and organization skills.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the UHS Healthcare Technology Management Program.
Drive programs toward excellence and ensure compliance.
Provide direction, development, and mentoring of HTM staff.
