Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking a Research Data Analyst 2 - Biomedical Data Science to manage and analyze large biomedical datasets across studies. The role focuses on developing research data infrastructure, harmonizing multimodal data, and applying AI methods to accelerate discovery in allergy/immunology.

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative team of scientists and researchers at the Sean N.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Create complex charts and databases; perform statistical analyses for publication and presentation.
• Prioritize and extract data from notes, surveys, medical reports, and laboratory data; maintain accuracy.
• Design and customize reports based on data in the database; ensure regulatory compliance for data use.
• Lead efforts to harmonize diverse data across studies into standardized research datasets for secondary analyses.
• Provide documentation and assist investigators and research staff with data inquiries and reporting.
