Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical analyses and creating publication-ready figures.
• Ability to design data collection instruments and analysis plans.
• Experience with AI or machine learning applications in biomedical data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create complex charts and databases, perform statistical analyses, and develop graphs and tables for publication and presentation.
• Assist with the design of data collection instruments and statistical analysis plans under supervision.
• Prioritize and extract data from sources such as notes, surveys, medical reports, and lab data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Design and customize reports based on data in the database.
• Oversee and monitor regulatory compliance for data utilization.
• Identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions; justify solutions.
• Test prototype software and contribute to release processes for new tools.
• Provide documentation to investigators and research staff for audits and reporting.
• Lead efforts to harmonize data across studies for secondary analyses and translational research.
