Job summary

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in a quantitative biomedical science field and at least 2 years as a professional quantitative scientist.
Proficiency in statistical and computational modeling (GLM, ML, etc.) in R/Python.
Experience harmonizing multi-cohort omics data and aging biomarkers.

Responsibilities

Provide data management, cleaning, and analysis support for aging research projects.
Contribute to study design, cohort selection, outcomes, and validation strategies.
Develop algorithms and software tools for data harmonization and reproducible analyses.
Create automated analysis pipelines and summaries of results.
Develop reports and present analytic findings to investigators and teams.
Lead or co-lead the development of abstracts and manuscripts; support funding applications.
