Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) seeks a data resources professional to enable data-intensive clinical and translational research. You will develop integrated biomedical data resources, analyze workflows, and implement data management, reporting, and analytics solutions in a highly matrixed research environment.

You will create data models, write ETL, and build discovery tools while collaborating with clinicians and researchers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Five years in biomedical data environment preferred.
• Experience with data integration and clinical/research data is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with researchers to identify data integration needs.
• Acquire domain knowledge to translate requirements into data resources.
• Create requirements for data integration and applications.
• Develop data models for complex biomedical data types.
• Write ETL procedures to combine biomedical data into new formats.
• Build data management and analysis applications; manage project tasks.
