Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field required.
• One year of experience in a healthcare-related environment.
• CCE - Certified Clinical Engineer or CHTM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Biomedical Engineering department contact for vendors on large-scale projects.
• Provide in-service training for physicians, nurses, and staff on equipment operation.
• Coordinate installation and testing of new equipment and upgrades.
• Investigate incidents and participate in root cause analyses for safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits and quality initiatives.
