Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional biomedical engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of biomedical engineering fundamentals
• Experience with AI data training or evaluating AI-generated content is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering required; Master’s/PhD preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, FDA design controls) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, logical soundness, and clarity in biomedical topics
• Challenge AI models with realistic biomedical scenarios and design/analysis reasoning tasks
• Review and refine prompts, model responses, and explanations with structured feedback
• Identify factual errors, unsafe recommendations, incomplete reasoning, and relevant assumptions
• Assess model performance across biomechanics, biomaterials, imaging, and other biomedical topics
• Help shape AI communication standards for biomedical content and risk communication
• Ensure content reflects responsible biomedical engineering practices and patient safety
