Ideal candidates must have deep expertise and experience in biomedical data processing, knowledge of bioinformatics tools, and excellent programming skills. This remote role offers engagement on cutting-edge AI projects, with contract terms requiring a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, and focuses on rigorous academic research-oriented evaluations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biomedical data processing.
• Ongoing PhD with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least two core bioinformatics domains.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop bioinformatics questions pushing AI boundaries.
• Create automated coding-based evaluations with unit tests.
• Build comprehensive evaluation rubrics with distinct criteria.
• Ensure well-defined, self-contained questions.

Connaissances

Biomedical data processing, analysis, and interpretation

Experience with bioinformatics tools and pipelines

Solid programming skills in Python / R

Experience working in Linux/Unix

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Formation

Master's degree in biomedical data processing
