Job summary
Aperture, LLC is seeking a Biomedical Engineer/Accident Reconstructionist to independently manage a caseload of field investigations for a variety of accidents, including vehicular, slip/trip and fall, and recreational incidents. You will collect and analyze findings to support your theory of the accident and develop client relationships.
The role requires meeting billable hours and delivering clear reports suitable for testimony, plus presenting technical findings to clients and at conferences.
Qualifications
- College degree in engineering or higher.
- 5+ years’ experience reconstructing injury-producing incidents.
- Experience with dynamic testing, data collection or analysis.
- Proficient with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and scene investigations for various accidents.
- Collect and analyze data to support acceptable forensic conclusions.
- Review depositions and medical records for case reports.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and conferences.
- Provide expert witness testimony as required.
