Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of PM experience in oncology, biomarkers, or clinical trials.
• Hands-on biosample management and clinical trial processes.
• Proficiency with StarLIMS or equivalent biosample tracking databases.
• Advanced MS Office skills; strong ICH/GCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample receipt, accessioning, tracking, and lifecycle using StarLIMS.
• Coordinate sample processing, labeling, storage, and ultra-low temperature monitoring.
• Reconcile inventory data across databases for trial testing lists.
• Organize and execute timely biomarker sample shipments between sites and labs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service levels, and operational issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biomarker Scientists, and IT to improve processes.
