Job summary

Crown Bioscience, a JSR Life Sciences company, is seeking a Research Associate in North Carolina to support biomarker studies. You will perform in vitro cell experiments, process tissue samples, and execute flow cytometry, IHC, and proteomics tasks under SOPs. You will document data, summarize results, and liaise with the global biomarker team.

The role requires a B.S. or higher in biotechnology or related field, 3+ years of flow cytometry experience, PBMC handling, and solid data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, cell biology, immunology or related discipline.
• Hands-on flow cytometry experience (min 3 years) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PBMC handling and in vitro assays.
• Basic proteomics concepts and plate-based detection (ELISA, MSD).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic statistics software.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro cell experiments, pre-treatments and tissue sample processing.
• Execute experiments such as flow cytometry, IHC, proteomics and related assays.
• Record experimental procedures accurately and report results timely.
• Communicate findings within the biomarker team and other departments.
• Assist in daily lab operations and facility management.
