Bayer is seeking a Biomarker Technical Expert to provide biomarker operational expertise for translational science in oncology clinical trials (Phase I–III). You will manage sample logistics, data delivery, lab vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with TSL, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and data management teams.

The role emphasizes biomarker strategy execution, data curation, and rapid problem solving within a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with pharmaceutical industry exposure.
• Extensive experience in clinical drug development and biomarker operations.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and data coordination skills.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and ability to work across multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TSL and cross-functional teams to execute translational science strategies.
• Provide biomarker operational input into study documentation and data delivery.
• Serve as biomarker operations lead across internal and external partners.
• Guide study teams on best practices and process improvements.
• Coordinate biomarker data formats, transfers, and reconciliation timelines.
• Oversee lab vendors, data QC, and timely reporting.
• Manage biomarker sample logistics, site feasibility, and training.
• Support data analysis and generation of figures/tables for reports.
