Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience and in-depth knowledge of clinical drug development.
• Clinical laboratory experience including involvement in processing/analysis of clinical samples.
• Proven project management skills including planning, organizational and time management.
• Global vendor management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Translational Science Lead and cross-functional teams to support translational science strategies in clinical trials.
• Develop operational input for study documentation and ensure biomarker sample collection, delivery and analysis in compliance with GCP/ICH.
• Serve as a single point of contact for biomarker operations across functions and vendors.
• Provide biomarker operations guidance to study teams and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate data management for biomarker data, data transfer and reporting with CDx partners as needed.
• Oversee lab vendor management, data QC and delivery timelines.
• Manage biomarker sample logistics, site feasibility, and sample monitoring.
• Support data analysis including processing, curation and integration of datasets.
