Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical in Knoxville, TN seeks a Manufacturing Line Operator to join our biopharmaceutical production team. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, maintain production records, and support line changeovers and maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with mechanical systems or packaging machinery, and strong teamwork and communication skills. cGMP experience is a plus, with a commitment to safety and quality.

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Science / STEM is preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical systems or packaging machinery is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • cGMP experience preferred.

Job Duties
  • Operate and monitor packaging equipment during production runs
  • Maintain accurate production and maintenance documentation
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Execute line changeovers and startup checks between production runs
  • Support inventory tracking and material handling as needed
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
Education / Experience
