We are seeking experienced Biology experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology.
2. Developing and answering Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Payment:

• Pay rates for core Biology expert projects range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, lower rates may apply. Some projects include incentive payments. Review payment terms for each project.
