Job Description: Biology Expert for AI Training

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology.
2. Develop and answer Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assess and rank AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing with minimal errors).

Bonus skills: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Pay rate: $30.00/hr - $50.00/hr, varies based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs or for higher-paying research projects. Additional incentives may apply depending on the project.
