Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in subject matter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate subject- and grade-specific lesson plans.
• Provide instruction at a higher level than grade standard in an interactive setting.
• Implement BASIS Curriculum by designing effective lessons and assessments.
• Collaborate with BASIS Curriculum teachers to develop material and build a professional community.
• Tutor students in content-specific knowledge and skills to advance academic progress.
• Manage student behavior to foster achievement and responsibility.
• Support non-instructional functions such as Early Bird, Late Bird, and lunch.
• Maintain regular, full, and predictable attendance.
• Supervise students individually or in groups.
