We are seeking a Biology Research Scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Candidates should possess an expert understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose projects to work on.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD (current, in-progress, or completed) preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
