Responsibilities

• Coordinate general day-to-day functions for instructional laboratories.
• Handle requisition and procurement of laboratory equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate preparation, distribution, storage, maintenance, and inventory of instructional equipment, supplies, and materials in labs and storage areas.
• Coordinate disposal of hazardous wastes per OSHA laboratory standards.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of supplies for instructional labs.
• Provide support and guidance for laboratory technicians.
• Provide technical and safety support and facilitate safety training for laboratory technicians and faculty.
