Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Strong grasp of advanced biological concepts and scientific problem-solving.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous reasoning.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in sound scientific reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Identify gaps or errors in AI outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
